Registration Entitlements

Delegate registration fee will include all Congress documentation and attendance at all sessions from 12 to 15 December, 1 welcome reception, lunch and coffee/tea breaks (where applicable) and 1 admission to the Congress banquet on Monday, 14 December 2009.

**Accompanying Person registration fee will include one pass to accompanying person’s tour, one invitation to welcome reception and Congress banquet. The accompanying person MUST travel with a delegate attending the Conference.

Registration Opening Hours

Delegates can collect their Congress materials at the Registration Desk located at the Foyer of the Theatre on Level 2 of Suntec at the following hours.

Saturday, 12 December 2009	7.30am - 5.30pm
Sunday, 13 December 2009	7.30am - 5.30pm
Monday, 14 December 2009	7.30am - 5.30pm
Tuesday, 15 December 2009	7.30am - 12noon

APSSM Executive Committee Meeting

The APSSM Executive Meeting will be scheduled on Saturday, 12 December 2009 at 4.00pm. The Meeting will be held at the Meeting Room 206 located on Level 2 of the Suntec Convention Centre.

APSSM General Assembly Meeting

The APSSM General Assembly Meeting will be scheduled on Sunday, 13 December 2009 at 4.00pm. The Meeting will be held at Meeting Room 210 located on Level 2 of the Suntec Convention Centre.

Trade Exhibition

The Congress incorporates a trade exhibition that will be held at the Foyer & Meeting Room 208 (Level 2) of Suntec. Trade exhibition is open to conference delegates and the respective trade exhibitors only.

Language

The official language of the Congress is in English. There will be no simultaneous translation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration Fees will be refunded upon receipt of a written notice of cancellation as follows:

Before 15 September 2009	50% refund
On and after 16 September 2009	10% refund
From 30 September 2009	NO refund
No Show	NO refund

Certificate of Attendance

Certificate of attendance will be issued to all Congress participants attending the entire Conference.

Letter of Invitation

An official letter of invitation will be sent upon request. This invitation is intended to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangements. This letter does not imply the provision of financial or any other support.

Poster Exhibition

Poster exhibition will be held at the Foyer of Meeting Rooms 204 located on Level 2 of Suntec and will be accessible at all times during the Congress opening hours. All participants are invited to view the posters.

Hotel Booking / Reservation

Special negotiated rates have been secured. To enjoy the special rates, please visit the Congress website www.apssm2009.com for the list of appointed hotels. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Liability

The Organising Committee is not liable for personal accidents, loss or damage of private properties of registered participants during the Congress. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
